Telehealth*: USC students have the option of using telehealth for mental health services. Inpathy is a virtual service that allows you to video chat with board-certified medical/mental health professionals about your health/mental health needs and receive prescriptions. Appointments can be scheduled through your MySHR account.

Let’s Talk (on Zoom): drop-in opportunity to talk to a counselor to get professional guidance on any number of social and mental health topics. Students who are interested in joining may use MySHR to sign up and get the zoom link.

Group Counseling: Groups are facilitated by licensed professional clinicians in USC Student Health Counseling and Mental Health Services. Each weekly meeting is sequenced to help members make progress in their individual journey toward desired change. Students who are interested in joining group counseling may use MySHR (in the “messages” section) to submit a Counseling Group Interest Form.
